Termination Agreement: Website Buyout Waived
Per your request on , this is to acknowledge your sixty-day cancellation notice of the agreement between and BxB Media, LLC, and to separate the website currently residing at from the BxB Media ecosystem.
The website will be removed from the BxB Media ecosystem and will be provided a link to download a packaged version of the website containing the site files. After the website has been moved from the BxB Media servers, BxB Media will no longer be responsible for or manage any aspect of the site. Proprietary BxB Media features and content will be removed from the site prior to the transfer. This includes but is not limited to the HVAC calculators, BxB Media review system, and syndicated blog posts.
The $5,000 fee to separate the website from the BxB Media ecosystem includes all plug-in fees, licenses, and labor to make the change. BxB Media is waiving this fee in full.
BxB Media will provide a list of premium (paid) plug-ins used on the site so may purchase licenses to continue receiving plug-in updates and support from the plug-in developers.
Effective , monthly billing will be terminated and your website, email marketing services, and all other related activities in the Program provided by BxB Media will be disabled.
By signing below, you agree to the fee to separate and that all services provided by BxB Media will be terminated on the effective date listed above.
